My Personal Story To How I Reached This Epiphany
In my early journey to understand what it takes to master myself learning about habits and how our brain creates them was an important foundation. I began to create certain positive habits and routines around sleeping, meditating, eating, working out, hygiene, a morning routine and night to routine plus many others.
However that was when I had the free time and was not in school, working, or had any major responsibilities that took up time within my day. When I began to go to school & work to the point that I as running out of time to spend on doing certain routines I began to slack and fall of many positive things I was doing to ensure I progressed in life.
Soon I understood that being able to have FLEXIBILITY is also a key factor to being able to stick to routines. In order to understand that I had to learn the balance between keeping a routine and changing it in order to adapt to external circumstances.
The Reason It Is Important To Have Good Habits.
Good habits helps you to have behaviors that you do subconsciously that will benefit you in a positive way. They will also help you replace bad habits that you may be doing unconsciously to sabotage yourself.
The Reason It Is Important To Have Good Routines.
Good routines are like having a system of activities based of your habits. This allows you to save time, and take actions that require consistency to see results. Examples of routines are morning, nighttime, breakfast, workout, hygiene, study and more.
The Reason It Is Important To Be Flexible.
The ability to be flexible is important because sometimes your routines will get thrown off due to external things, this can cause people to fall back into old bad habits. Instead learning how to mold your routines based on most important activities incase anything pops up will help you to stay on track.
