In the book the Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. In my studies of mind, body and spiritual development It came to my attention that the human body is like a ORGANIC ROBOT. There are things that it needs from a health and wellness stand point in order to be able to function optimally.  As spiritual being having a physical experience we are having a dual experience where we can choose how to operate based on free will. However sometimes we operate based on how certain things make the body feel. Two Benefits Of Wearing The Same Thing Every & Eating The Same Thing Every Day.

In my personal development journey over time I came to the conclusion that having a clothing system and food system where I literally wear the same things and eat the same things every day would be an important aspect to my development.  The Two Reason Why Are Simple Save Time  Save Mental Energy When I wake up in the morning to start my day the last thing I need is to spend a lot of time figuring out what I am going to wear to work or what I am going to eat.  This is because in the past I would end up over thinking,  time thinking about what to put on or together for food. In order to make the day move smoothly I purchased a certain amount of the same color polo shirts and jeans pants. This way when its time to get dressed after I do hygiene there is no thought needed to know what I will be wearing to work.
