Two Benefits Of Wearing The Same Thing Every & Eating The Same Thing Every Day.

In my personal development journey over time I came to the conclusion that having a clothing system and food system where I literally wear the same things and eat the same things every day would be an important aspect to my development. 

The Two Reason Why Are Simple

  1. Save Time 
  2. Save Mental Energy

When I wake up in the morning to start my day the last thing I need is to spend a lot of time figuring out what I am going to wear to work or what I am going to eat. 

This is because in the past I would end up over thinking,  time thinking about what to put on or together for food. In order to make the day move smoothly I purchased a certain amount of the same color polo shirts and jeans pants.

This way when its time to get dressed after I do hygiene there is no thought needed to know what I will be wearing to work.

I have a drawer with my under wear, socks, undershirt, work shirt, & work pants ECT. 

As for food the same thing stands, I would find myself at first trying to avoid eating the same thing, but then I realized it takes a lot time thinking and choosing which type of meal I should prepare.

Apart of why I was trying to switch things up at first is because I was eating foods that didn't give me sufficient nutrition, very acid in nature so my body wouldn't feel great after eating it a few days then I go to something else. 

Instead I realized if I can prepare a proper meal plan that is nutritious and gives me all the essential I need to be healthy it does not matter if its the same thing. What matters is that I know I got the proper nutrition for the day.
